This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it and how we look after it. We keep it simple and we only collect what we need to do good work and run our programs.
Information we collect
When you contact us or register for a program, we collect the details you give us. That includes your name, email address, phone number, profession and the goals you share with us. We also collect basic information about how you use our website.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to enquiries, confirm program registrations, send the details you need and improve what we do. We tailor sessions and follow-ups to the goals you tell us about. We do not send marketing you did not ask for.
Payments
Program payments are processed securely through M-Pesa. We receive a confirmation and a reference for each payment, but we never see or store your M-Pesa PIN or full payment credentials. Reserved seats are held for 48 hours until payment is confirmed.
Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of cookies to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful. You can turn cookies off in your browser. Doing so will not stop you from reading the site.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your information. We only share it with the trusted services we use to run our work, such as our payment and email providers, and only so they can do their job. We may share information if the law requires it.
Keeping your information
We keep your information only for as long as we need it, then we remove it. If you ask us to delete your details, we will, unless we are required to keep them for legal or accounting reasons.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it or have it removed. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Just get in touch and we will help.
